The caption on this batch of photos says, “Various pictures.” Theoretically, we could put that label on every photograph we have. It’s not helpful, but sometimes you inherit things that are a little haphazard.
However, despite the shoddy labeling, I recognize the man on the right as Edwin Howard Armstrong! Those box things that the guys are wearing are designed to keep the snow off of them when working on wires and antennas.
