The caption on this photo is “Modern soldiers using telephone in field.” However, there’s no date on the photo to define modern, though my guess is the 1980’s. There’s also no mention of the type of telephone. If any readers have a better idea of when “modern” refers to or what type of equipment they’re using, leave us a comment. We’d love to hear from you.
